Certificates Authentication

Prospective students transferring from government schools:

Report cards are authenticated from the Directorate of Education of the schools they are transferred from. Also, they  should be authenticated from the Directorate of Private Education.

Prospective  students transferring from private schools:

Report cards must be authenticated from the Directorate of Private Education.

Students transferring from UNRWA schools:

Report cards must be authenticated from the Directorate of  Private Education.

Students transferring fromMilitary Culture schools:

Report cards must be authenticated from the Military Culture Directorate.

Students transferred from other countries; authentication is as follows:

  • MOE where they last studied
  • Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the students’ country
  • The Jordanian Embassy in the students’ country

 Report cards are also authenticated in the Kingdom of Jordan from:

  •  Ministry of Foreign affairs
  • MOE
  • Directorate of Private Education to issue the acceptance letter.

 Students transferred from other countries with  English Report Cards:

Report cards are authenticated from:

  • MOE Exam Directorate in Jordan
  • Directorate of Private Education
  • Students transferred from the United States:

 Report cards are authenticated from:

  • AMIDEAST
  • MOE Exam Department
  •  Directorate of Private Education to issue the acceptance letter.

 

The Admission Department apologizes for any file that does not have all previously mentioned documents.

 

An important note for students coming from abroad:

  • Students from 2nd – 4th grades who were not able to submit authenticated papers during the schools’ registration period must submit an acceptance letter from the Directorate of Private Education according to their estimated age.
  • An acceptance letter is given to students, who couldn’t submit authenticated papers during the schools’ registration period from 5th-12th grades, and is submitted to the Directorate of Private Education in Jabal Al-Hussein to give them a six week time limit to submit their papers. In case the time limit is over before they could submit the required papers, they are asked to take a placement test which is sent to the Directorate of Private Education so that a Formal acceptance letter is issued for them.
  • 12th  grade students are excluded from the above regulations since they are required to submit their Secondary School authenticated report card before the six week time limit is over.
